Terms of service

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at support.projecthyde@pixelverse.tech if you suspect unauthorized use.

Workspaces may have multiple members. The workspace owner is responsible for the actions of its members and for any charges incurred by the workspace.

Hyde generates source code, previews, hosting and related tooling in response to your instructions. We may add, change or remove features at any time. We will give reasonable notice of changes that materially reduce the Service.

AI generated output may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing, testing and deciding whether to use any output, including before publishing it or collecting data from your users.

You retain all rights to the prompts, files, images and data you submit (Input) and to the code and assets the Service generates for you (Output). We claim no ownership of your Output.

You grant Hyde a limited license to host, process, display and transmit Input and Output as needed to provide the Service, and, for public projects, to display them in the community gallery and allow other users to remix them.

Business and Enterprise workspaces can opt out of having their content used to improve our models in workspace settings.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• build or distribute malware, phishing pages or deceptive content;
• infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others;
• harass, threaten or harm any person or group;
• circumvent credit limits, rate limits or security controls;
• resell the Service without our written permission; or
• violate any applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, remove published sites, and report illegal activity to authorities.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis through our payment processor. Credits are allocated according to the plan you choose and may roll over as described on the pricing page. Top-up credits are non-refundable once used.

Prices may change with at least 30 days notice. Taxes are added where required. If a payment fails we may downgrade the workspace to the free plan after a grace period.

You may cancel at any time from the billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and no partial refunds are issued except where required by law.

Published sites are hosted on infrastructure we operate. You are the publisher of your site and are solely responsible for its content, its compliance with law and any data it collects from visitors.

We may remove published sites that violate these Terms or receive valid legal complaints. Subdomains are allocated on a first come basis and may be reclaimed if unused for an extended period or if they infringe a trademark.

The Service integrates with third parties such as GitHub, Stripe, Supabase and AI model providers. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for third party services or for data you choose to send to them.

The Service, including its software, design, documentation and trademarks, is owned by Hyde and its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks or to copy the Service itself.

The Service is provided on an as is and as available basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error free or secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hyde will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from or related to the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose, or one hundred US dollars if you have not paid us anything.

You may delete your account at any time from account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service. On termination we will make your project files available for export for 30 days unless the account was terminated for abuse.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and, for material changes, notify you by email or in the app. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the new Terms.
